Backstory (Simplified)

Born and raised in the Golmore Jungle of Southern Othard, Shieda was training to be one who protected his home. A few years after becoming male, he was taken prisoner during a Garlean invasion. Shieda was forced into the Reaper program, where he remained for several years as they performed horrible experiments and put him through excruciatingly intense training before making his escape. His experience within the clutches of the Empire nearly broke him, however his mental state was stabilized due to the voidsent implanting false memories. The Viera travelled Eorzea for a while, relying on his Voidsent for survival. He was found and taken in by his free company leader, where he found new purpose; protecting those he grew close to.He grew to become a stubborn and reckless melee combatant, and if he isn't eating lazers and other tasty snacks in Trials and dungeons, you can find him within the Wolves Den; Usually trying to beat his friends in Crystalline Conflict or letting his Voidsent have some fun ripping through others in Frontlines.For his full backstory, please click here!

While the lifestyle was forced upon him, he embraces the life of a Reaper and undergoing official training with the Lemures of Uldah.
